Social Learning in Cluster Organizations and Accumulation of Technological Capability

چکیده

The purpose of the paper is to present how members cluster organizations perceive their role in accumulation technological capability through social learning. presents results a qualitative study four organizations. theoretical foundation are communities practice and organizational inertia theories. indicates that dynamics organizations’ companies varies regarding three identified practice, namely Participants, Cooperators Locomotives. so-called Dead souls (not included any practice) did not accumulate capability, while classified as Participants increased learning provided offered comparatively high benefits. Those organizations, Locomotives, exhibited relatively initial it when benefits received were aligned with trajectories. adds underdeveloped knowledge by examining enabling helps firms capability.
